Special Dinner Menu

Time: 8:00pm
Location: Weaves Restaurant, Manathai Resort, Surin Beach (right next door to Twinpalms Resort Phuket)

Cost: $30 AUD per person

All guests must RSVP for this dinner. Please see the RSVP page to reserve your place at the dinner. The vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus are listed below. Meal choices will be made on the night.

Non-vegetarian menu

Appetizer:

  • An appetizer platter consisting of coconut crusted prawns, soft shell crab & mango salad, beef samosa, and chicken and beef satay.

Entree:

  • Tom kha gai chicken soup with coconut milk, ginger, lemongrass & kaffir lime leaves.

Main Course:

Please select one dish on the night from the following three choices:

  • Peanang beef red curry with peanut sauce
  • Grilled garlic chicken Isaan style
  • Salmon roasted with lemongrass, garlic, coriander, kaffir lime leaves & ginger

Dessert:

  • Coconut panna cotta with mixed berries & tropical fruits.

Vegetarian menu

Appetizer:

  • Deep fried bean curd with plum sauce.

Entree:

  • Mixed green salad.

Main Course:

  • Peanang tofu red curry with peanut sauce

Dessert:

  • Coconut panna cotta with mixed berries & tropical fruits

Soft drinks and fruit juice will be provided during the dinner.
